Cloud of confusion

DEVELOPMENT in the cloud computing sector is being hampered by a lack of understanding as 54pc of firms admitted being confused by the term.
"Lack of awareness appears to be holding back many Irish firms from generating the productivity benefits of the cloud," commented Alan Brown of Telefonica Ireland, which operates the O2 brand.
