Chelsea won't 'park bus' at Nou Camp

CHELSEA have vowed to go for goals instead of ‘parking the bus’ when they take on Barcelona in the Champions League tonight.

The Blues hold a 1-0 lead from the home leg of their semi-final so a goalless draw would see Chelsea through to the final.

But despite Barca's recent troubles - they followed up that loss to Chelsea with a league defeat to Real Madrid - Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo insists that a scoreless draw is not on the cards and has demanded more goals from his men.

“It is too difficult to play for a goalless draw. To score would give us a greater advantage but we know how difficult it is going to be,” said the Chelsea manager.

“Barcelona will create chances against any team. We will have to try to score but we will also try to limit the chances they create.”

Chelsea star Raul Meireles agrees. “Park the bus? I smile when I hear such comments because Barca are always a difficult team to play against.

“The important thing is to get to the final. We will have to make Barca desperate and take advantage of any mistake to score a goal.”
