Cleantech jobs hope
THE CLEANTECH sector in Ireland could create nearly 80,000 jobs and boost GDP by €3.9bn by 2020, says Ernst & Young in a report today.
The global sector is estimated to be worth $5 trillion.The Cleantech Ireland report estimates that this sector can create jobs through schemes such as retrofitting, renewable energy and construction.
