CHINA'S online population has jumped to 450 million, adding to what is already the world's largest online market.
The figure is more than a third of China's population.
"By the end of November, the number of netizens had reached 450 million, a rise of 20.3pc compared to the same period last year," a spokesman for China's cabinet said.
