Cameras miss juicy scenes from Gerald and Lisa's split
IT was one of the biggest celebrity splits of the year.
But those hoping to catch a glimpse of the lead up to the end of Gerald Kean and Lisa Murphy's romance are in for a disappointment as the break-up has not been caught on camera for her Dublin Housewives show.
The pair had been having difficulties for the past number of months before finally deciding to call it off for good and going their separate ways.
However, given that filming on the popular TV3 series won't resume until early in the New Year, producers Straywave have been deprived of any of the juicy footage of the break-up.
Instead, they will be relying on footage filmed from earlier in the year to form part of season two of the reality programme, which returns to our small screens at the start of next month and features Kaste Dahl's proposal to Virginia Macari in Central Park.
"Gerald was never keen on being featured too strongly in the show, even from the start of it," said an insider. "There was some scenes of him and Lisa talking about their wedding, but his absence was noticeable as the show went on."
