RTE1, 8pm Dermot Bannon finalises plans to renovate a damp six-bedroom 1950s' house in Dublin. His clients, Enda and Paula Roche (below), have lived in London for 10 years and now want to settle back in Ireland.

Paula has her heart set on her own bespoke Pilates studio.

However, it seems their generous budget of €200,000 may not be enough to get their dream home up and running.

Channel 4, 10pm Nice girl Josie gives away Kingsley's big secret to the other females in the house -- he's a virgin.

She then tries to make it up to him by endeavouring to sort out his 'problem'.

However, Kingsley is determined to bide his time.

TV3, 9pm A look at various off-centre crimes that cause huge losses to businesses every year.

These range from staff defrauding employers under an almost endless list of headings, to illegal dumping and fly-tipping.
