Bord Gais honoured

ENERGY group Bord Gais has secured three international accolades at the CCA (Customer Contact Association) Excellence Awards 2010.

Bord Gais Energy picked up the award for Innovation in Customer Led Efficiencies while Bord Gais Networks collected two awards -- the Customer Service Complaints Team of the Year and Team of the Year 2010.

Bord Gais chief executive John Mullins (above), said that it was representative of the superb work done by the staff of Bord Gais Networks and Bord Gais Energy.
