Best value for Christmas shopping is in towns
SMALLER towns in Ireland provide better value Christmas shopping, a Chamber of Commerce survey has discovered.
The study compared prices in a typical small town with city prices and found that they differed significantly.
In some cases, town prices were lower than city for 65pc of the items surveyed.
