Ballymore in UK bid
DEVELOPER Sean Mulryan's Ballymore Group has applied to build two 50-storey residential apartment blocks in east London.
The Arrowhead Quay development first had planning permission with the Tower Hamlets borough councils for a 26-storey and a 16-storey office development – now the plans are much greater.
Forty-two affordable homes are understood to be included in the project.
