Aryzta revenue up 33pc

IRISH-LED food giant Aryzta reported a 33pc increase in first quarter revenue, although this was driven by acquisitions that closed during the quarter.
The company, which is behind the Cuisine de France line of foods, said revenue shot up to €970.8m but did not provide details of its profits over the quarter. Aryzta said that it was on course to increase earnings per share by around 45c.
