20 new jobs as Tubs enjoys sweet success
IRISH confectionery firm Tubs Sweets will add 20 new jobs over the coming weeks as it moves to a €4m business within just two years.
The company which is based in Rathnew, Wicklow, now employs a workforce of 45 and has opened depots in Cork, Limerick and in Galway.
Founder Kevin Ginty started at his kitchen table with an idea in January 2010 and has, along with his business partner John Linnane, built a thriving distribution business supplying Tubs Sweets to over 1,000 Irish retailers.
Tubs Sweets are stocked by most retailers, including Tesco, Dunnes Stores, Superquinn, Topaz, Heatons, Super Valu, Centra, Spar, Mace, Londis, Costcutter and Esso On the Run Outlets.
