St Joseph's NS moves to new Creagh home

ST. JOSEPH'S Primary School in Gorey has moved to its new home at Creagh, and is getting ready to throw open its doors to girls for the first time, as well as a new Junior Cycle.

In advance of the work starting for the new term, an Open Evening will be held at the school on Thursday, August 28, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to give everyone the chance to look around.

All parents and pupils are invited along to see the new St. Joseph's NS at Creagh which was formerly the temporary home of Creagh College until it moved to its new permanent facility before the summer holidays.

'This is an historic occasion for St Joseph's as we welcome girls into the school and also have a Junior Cycle - Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First Class - in St Joseph's for the first time,' said Principal Padraig Cronin. 'Teachers and staff are really looking forward to this great occasion.'

'Come along on Thursday, August 28, to sample the great atmosphere and see our wonderful new facilities for the first time,' he said.
