Final score CB 1-21 CF 1-20.
Hard luck to our under-14 camogie players who lost out in their semi-final match. Thanks to all players and mentors with both teams for the time and commitment given to the teams.

It is very difficult to win a championship - at any age. So well done to the under-14 girls earlier in the month. Since then we have won some and lost some. The under-13 footballers lost their final to Shelmaliers. The under-17 hurlers lost to Crossfin Gaels. The second adult hurlers lost their league final to Oylegate. And the second footballers lost to Clongeen. But the under-13 Hurlers beat Oylegate. The under-14 camogie girls beat Buffers in their semi. and the under-16 football girls beat Taghmon in their semi-final. and hopefully both adult football teams and the under-16 camogie and under-17 footballers won over the weekend.
But teams of the week go to the under-eight+U10 girls who took part, among the 14 teams who played in the blitz last Sunday morning. A great occasion and well done to Anthony and all the volunteers involved.
Next adult matches are the second hurlers v Cloughbawn on Friday the sixth at 6.45 in the Rock (R5). and the first hurlers play Liam Mellows in the Qtr Final on Sunday the eighth in Buffers Alley at 12.30.
