Paula's marketing skills rewarded with top honour

WEXFORD BUSINESS woman Paula Ronan of Angel Marketing was awarded top honours for 'Excellence in Marketing' at the Female Excellence in Business Awards, which took place in Tipperary last week.

Organised by the Wexford County Enterprise Boards in collaboration with five other County and City Enterprise Boards in the region, the awards are part of the South East Women in Business Conference and Awards which were established five years ago to acknowledge the role of women in the development of enterprise in the region.

'These awards provide great examples of women succeeding in business and companies such as Angel Marketing, in terms of standards and quality of work are leading the way for entrepreneurs, male and female, all over the country,' said Tom Banville, Acting CEO of Wexford County Enterprise Board speaking following the awards.

Other nominees from Wexford included Anne Marie Ferris of The Causeway Clinic while Leonora Ryan of The Train Engine was nominated for the overall award of 'Female Entrepreneur of the Year'.

Angel Marketing, which is based at the Rising Tide Centre on South Street, New Ross, is a full service marketing agency that specialises in strategic thinking and strong creative concepts.
