Portmarnock hotel up for sale

The Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links has been put up for sale and is expected to fetch in excess of €50 million.

Kennedy Wilson, JLL has been appointed as exclusive selling agent for the prestigious Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links, a luxury hotel and 18-hole championship links golf course, designed by two-time Masters Champion Bernhard Langer.
