' In addition a significant number of our students achieved above 500 points which will ensure they are offered their desired college courses.

'We are very happy to see that our subject departments are achieving results above the national averages and we are particularly proud of the fact that all of the students who sat the Higher Level Maths paper were successful.

'The school is very proud of our LC students and we wish them every happiness and success in the future and hope that they will always have fond memories of their time here in Ardgillan College.'

On the same day, the official changing of the guard took place today.
