TOP Irish group, the Corrs, have moved to Fingal - but not literally!

The Dundalk family are to feature a tune made famous by Naul man Seamus Ennis on their eagerly awaited new album ‘Home’.

‘Return to Fingall’ is a classic piece of Irish music and the Corrs are to include it on the album which is due for release later this month.

The group is determined to return to their roots, defining a journey that began 15 years ago. The band is to bring new interpretations to traditional Irish songs.

It was Caroline Corr who first suggested a return to traditional form, since “everywhere we go in the world we are asked to do more Irish music,’ she states.

Recorded over six months, the songs on the album were carefully chosen and set to new arrangements.
