Average house price across Fingal is €315k
The average price for a house in Fingal is now €315,000, some 34 per cent above the national average.
Average house prices are up 10.2 per cent in Fingal, just under the national average increase of 12.4 per cent.
In the year to May, residential property prices at national level increased by 12.4%. This compares with an increase of 13.5% in the year to April and an increase of 10.9% in the twelve months to May 2017.
