Alleged trespass adjourned
Three men charged with trespassing on a farmer's land with dogs with the intention of hunting wild animals without permission had their cases adjourned until next February.
Patrick Reilly (21) of Ballintra Halting Site in Donegal, Edmund Reilly (41) of Mount Charles in Donegal and Joseph Cash (29) of Whitechurch Heights in Ballyboden Dublin 16 are all charged with entering a building at Balheary, Swords, trespass with dogs to hunt wild animals without the owner's permission on December 8.
Garda John Cannon of Swords Garda Station told Swords District Court that when charged all three men made no reply after caution.
Their solicitor requested a hearing date which Judge Dermot Dempsey granted for February 11.
Swords District Court heard the hearing could take an hour and a half when the accused men reappear in February.
All three accused were remanded by the District Court judge on continuing bail until that date.
