A single consultation event this month for worried commuters

Despite the widespread concern about new proposals to redesign the local Dublin Bus routes, the only public consultation event that the National Transport Authority intend to host in Fingal this month, is in Swords.

The six-hour drop-in information session will take place on Thursday, August 16th from 2pm at the Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords.

The NTA has assured customers that further sessions are planned in September but as yet, none of those events have been announced.

The people of Seabury in Malahide as well as commuters in Donabate, Portrane, Skerries, Rush, Lusk and Balbriggan who all stand to lose some or all of their direct services to the city through the scrapping of the 33 services, will hope that they get to make their feelings known on the issue, directly to the NTA and have their questions answered by the authority.
