Balbriggan Senior Citizens Group will host a 'Social Sunday' on Sunday next, February 23, in the Senior Citizens Hall, High Street, commencing at 4 p.m. to which all those aged 60 and over are invited.

Balbriggan Senior Citizens annual holiday away will take place to West Cork (The West Lodge Hotel, Bantry) from Friday to Tuesday, 6 to 10 June (four nights and five days). The cost, which covers transportation, bed, breakfast, evening meals and day trips, is €320 per person sharing – where required an additional single supplement of €20 per night will apply. Balbriggan Senior Citizens Group invite all senior citizens over the age of 60 to drop-in to the Senior Citizens Hall, High Street, any weekday morning from 10.00 a.m. – 12 noon for a chat, cup of tea, read the papers, watch television or enjoy any of the activities taking place in the centre.

On Monday, February 25, the IBTS Clinic will be in Rush at St. Maur's G.A.A. O'Dwyers GAA Club Culture Group's classes run each week in the Clubhouse, Bremore, Balbriggan; fiddle classes on Mondays at 4.30 p.m.; Set Dancing classes for Juniors (7.30 p.m.) and Adults (8.15 p.m.) are also running on Mondays and all are invited to come along. Tin whistle classes take place on Wednesdays at 4.30 p.m.


There is Bingo every Wednesday Night at 8.45 p.m. in O'Dwyers GAA Clubhouse, Bremore, Balbriggan, where Great Prizes can be won. Everyone is welcome to come along.
