Malahide has it once again!

Huge crowds turned out to enjoy a weekend of fun and entertainment in Malahide.

The annual Malahide Has It festival once again lived up to its promised of providing something for everyone with a super schedule of events for all the family.

The town was extremely busy over the course of the weekend as the picturesque Fingal village put its best foot forward.

There were lots and lots of highlights with the funfair on the beach, magic show and live shows among the highlights.

The festivities kicked off on Friday evening with entertainment and live music from Black Bank Folk, the Hallelujah Gospel Choir and Sophie Doyle and Clodagh Byrne from 'Malahide's Got Talent'.

On Saturday, The Green was packed with food stalls,. free face painting for the children throughout the day as well as carnival games, walkabout costume characters and free balloon modelling There will also be a Magic Show on the hour from 2pm to 4pm.

Music on Saturday was provided on Saturday by Paul Harrington, Redhead, Eoin Thomas, The Cover Band, Market Street and more.

Music on Sunday was provided by Loose Change, Phil Ahearn & Band, Ramparts Choir from BBC's Pitch Battle, Low Light Gathering, That's Simple and more.

All in all it was a fantastic weekend.
