Friendship Concerts lined up for the Festival of Voices

As part of Fingal International Festival of Voices, there will be three simultaneous Friendship Concerts in three different locations throughout Fingal to celebrate the launch the festival. One of these is happening in Rush, one in Malahide, and one in Balbriggan.

All three will take place starting at 7.30 pm on Thursday, March 12.

Tickets will be available at the door of each venue at €10 for adults and €5 for students.

Each will feature an international music group which has travelled to North County Dublin to participate in the The Rush Friendship Concert willt ake place at the Millbank Theatre at 7.30pm on March 12.

Participating choirs will include Providence High School Choir from the USA, the Lusk Community Choir and the Sea Sharps from Skerries.

Tickets can be purchased at the door for €10 for adults and €5 for students or on-line at eventbrite.

The Malahide Friendship Concert will take place on the same night at 7.30pm at St Syl

Participating choirs will include: Salutaris from Belarus, Irish choir, The Ramparts who compted on BBBC's Pitch Battle show and Lady Barbalade, Irish Barbershop champions.

Finally, the Balbriggan Friendship Concert, also happening on March 12 at 7.30pm willt ake place at St Peter and Paul's Church.

The Balbriggan concert will feature Les Voi Boréales from Montreal in Canada, the local Balbriggan Gospel Choir and the Fingal Gospel Choir as well as Cór Fingal.
