Tombrick Gardens, owned by Walter Kelly, opened itself to the public on Sunday, June 11, for a fundraising event in aid of St Anthony's unit in CWCWE (County Wexford Community Workshop Enniscorthy).

The event attracted a large gathering of people throughout the afternoon much to the delight of all concerned and all proceeds went towards the unit.

In addition to being able to walk freely among the garden walks visitors also got to avail of scones, cakes and pies from some of the finest home bakers in the county.

The 1.5 acre garden plot features streams, ponds and meadows and provided the ideal location for families who came out in force to support the event.

The garden began in 1989 and has become one of the resounding success stories in the Enniscorthy area in the interim.
