Coffee morning - A coffee morning and sale will be held in Clonroche Community Hall on Friday, November 1, from 10am to 12pm.
The event is being organised in support of the RNLI and Killegney and Rossdroit parishes.
The organisers said a range of attractions and activities will also be on-site that day, including a raffle, cakes, bric-a-brac, local produce, books and a bottle stall.
Everyone in the community is encouraged to go along to support the event which will provide an ideal opportunity to buy Christmas cards and gifts.
'Everyone is welcome so why not go along for a cuppa and a chat?'
A tractor run will take place from Enniscorthy Mart on Sunday, October 27, at 12 noon sharp.
Registration for the event will take place from 11 a.m.
The cost of entry will be €20 and all proceeds will go towards the Hope Cancer Support Centre, St Patrick's Special School and Awareness Head To Toe.

The next members' meeting of Enniscorthy Retirement Association will take place on Tuesday, November 5, in the Riverside Park Hotel.
The meeting will get under way at 2.30 p.m.
The association has a number of other events planned for the coming weeks including: Coffee morning/Sale of Work on Thursday, November 7, from 10 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. at the Astro Turf; trip to Cork from November 25 to 28; and a day trip to the RDS Craft Fair on Wednesday, December 4.
Ongoing activities in the association include: Mondays and Fridays, pitch and putt at St Patrick's Park (at 10.30 a.m); line-dancing (at 11 a.m.) and bowls (at 1 p.m.) also at the Astro Turf; Wednesdays, riverside walk at 11 a.m. meeting up at the Riverside Park Hotel; Quiz at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, and bingo on Wednesday, November 20 - both at Loreto Village; Thursdays, scrabble at 10 a.m. and crafts at 2 p.m. - both at the Astro Turf.
A charity fundraising event will take place in Enniscorthy on Thursday, November 7.

Galbally Sports & Leisure Club will be holding a table quiz in the Sycamore House, Killurin (Declan's) on Friday, October 25, at 9 p.m..
The cost of participating will be €25 for a table of four.
There will be some great cash prizes on offer during the night and there will also be a raffle.
Car boot sale
Galbally Sports & Leisure Club's next car boot sale will take place on Monday, October 28 (Bank Holiday Monday),, from 12 noon to 4 p.m.

A Christmas fair will take place in Galbally village on Sunday, November 24, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The event is being organised by the local sports and leisure club and everyone in the community is encouraged to support it.
The Christmas Fair will provide an ideal opportunity to pick up early Christmas presents in the run up to the festive season.

A free basic computer course will be held in the Enniscorthy area soon.
The course will run for two hours per week over five weeks and will be held in Galbally Community Centre.
The organisers say the course will be suitable for people with little or no experience of computers.
It's being funded by Irish Rural Link through the Department of Communications.

Hallowe'en sports camp
A Hallowe'en Sports camp will take place in Gaelscoil, Drumgoold on Tuesday, October 29.
It will take place from 10.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and the cost of participating will be €25.
The camp will be aimed at children aged between 5 and 13.

A seminar will take place in Enniscorthy this week aimed specifically at the local commercial sector.
The Sustainability for Business event will be held in the offices of Enniscorthy & District Chamber.
It will take place on Thursday, October 24, and will begin at 7.30 p.m.
The organisers said the event is aimed at those who are interested in making Enniscorthy become an exemplary sustainable town.
The seminar will offer local business owners an opportunity to learn more about how to increase sustainability in their own enterprises.
Anniversary dinner dance
Enniscorthy Town FC will be holding its 60th anniversary dinner dance on Friday, October 25, from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
The event will be held in the Riverside Park Hotel, Enniscorthy.

The search is ongoing for the owner of a piece of jewellery that was found by a local woman in the Riverside Park Hotel earlier this year.
The piece was found just a couple of days before St Patrick's Day.
It was bought in a shop in Dublin, which is now closed.
The woman who found it is anxious to get it back to its owner as she feels it might be of huge sentimental value.

The pupils who formed the 1989 class in Coláiste Bride, Enniscorthy are being invited to attend a 30-year school reunion event in the Rugby Club on November 2 at 8 p.m.
A WhatsApp group has been set up for the people involved and the organisers are hopeful that as many people as possible will be able to attend.
The night will feature an 80s disco and Liam Sharkey will also be adding to the entertainment.
