CLONEGAL/ KILDAVIN

WOMEN'S NETWORK

Kildavin/ Clonegal Women's Network, with the support of the Carlow VEC, are running an 8-week course at St. Bridget's Community Hall, Clonegal, commencing on Thursday February 4 at 8 p.m.

The Courses will be Latin/Salsa Dancing / Interior Design, and the fee for either course is €20. For further details please contact Colette on 087 6716362 or Pauline on 087 6438183.

GAA LOTTO

Kildavin/ Clonegal GAA Lotto was held in Dunne's Lounge, Clonegal on Sunday January 17. There was no winner for the jackpot of €9,400. Numbers drawn were 8, 21, 23 and 26.

Winners that matched three were Jimmy Kirwin, Kilcarry; Eileen Tobin, St. Brigit's Terrace and Arthur Kennedy, Cappagh, Ballon, all receiving €50. Seller's prize was won won by David Doyle, receiving €50. The next draw will take place in Ryan's The Moss House, Bunclody, on Sunday January 31 for a jackpot of €9,700.

SET DANCING

Set dancing classes will commence in the Spellman Hall, Kildavin, on Monday January 25 at 8 p.m. Come along for the dancing and enjoy the fun.

Starting from February 6 every Saturday morning in the Spellman Hall, Kildavin the Kildavin Country Market will reopen its doors for the New Year from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
