Exceptional week for NWSPCA

IT WAS an exceptional week for the NWSPCA. Fifi, Charlie, Sandy, Mollie, Gruaig and Pipi all left to start on their new adventures.

The stunning Barney and a King Charles spaniel also found new homes through the NWSPCA guest rehoming advertising programme. On the cattery front, one little kitten left her litter to join her new family.

The NWSPCA is now sending out a special appeal for Sadie (pictured right). Sadie has been with the Society for quite some time and is looking for her special forever home. Sadie is a pretty collie of small stature and high intelligence. She would love a home where she can run about with you and another active dog. She is spayed and vaccinated.

The North Wexford SPCA is always on the lookout for new volunteers. If you can spare a few hours per week, please contact them on 087 6392531, drop them a line at or find them on Facebook.

All NWSPCA cats and dogs are neutered and vaccinated. If too young to be neutered (six months or younger), our homing agreement states that the new owner will neuter them at the appropriate age.
