St Mary's to host 10's event
ST MARY'S College RFC are hosting a rugby 10's tournament in Templeville Road on May 17 and we would like to invite all clubs to participate in the competition. We are going to be running two competitions, one for social teams (Irish J3 standard) and one for veterans (over 35s).
The tournament will kick off with a welcome event on Friday, May 16 in the clubhouse and the competition will commence the following day. On the Saturday you will be guaranteed at least four matches and, who knows, maybe even carry home the trophy and the winner's cheque for €1,500.
Places in both competitions are limited and will fill up quickly, so if you are interested please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Ian Grimson on 086 862 1633 or emailing grimmer14@hotmail.com. Entry fee is €500 per team but after-competition party, food and live music promises to be a great end to a great tournament.
