Mary's players come face to face in interprovincial action
Eight players from St Mary's College RFC women's team have been selected to represent three of the provinces in the forthcoming interprovincial series.
The series kicks off this weekend with Leinster taking on Ulster in Donnybrook on Sunday (kickoff at 2.30pm).
This clash sees five St Mary's players representing Leinster: Paula Fitzpatrick, Orla Fitzsimons, Gill Nolan, Michelle Ross and Una O Murchu.
Munster are also in action this weekend taking on Connacht. Barbara Whooley (Munster) should have been taking on her St Mary's team-mates Niamh Fitzgerald and Lyndsey O'Neill (Connacht). However, a knee injury has forced her to withdraw from the Munster squad.
