I know these times are difficult, anxious and stressful. But it is still important to listen to our bodies. We should keep building positive mindsets, bettering ourselves, setting goals and smashing them. Life has thrown me many curves but this is one I overcame.

Believe it or not scoliosis is very common among the Irish population, with the majority of people not knowing they have it. This is due to the curve being very mild and not alternating through their adolescence.
