Blues back tag school
Glorious sunshine greeted the Special Needs School of Tag Rugby when they held their inaugural training run at Westmanstown Rugby grounds.
The initiative provides special needs groups with a base for the activity, courtesy of Westmanstown/Garda Rugby Club. Training and matches will take place every Sunday from 11.30am to 1pm.
The highlight of the session was the involvement of Leinster senior players Leo Auva'a, Fionn Carr and Isaac Boss (a patron of special needs rugby), who took part in training drills with the fledgling players.
