Sharpen your soccer skills

YOUNG football players will be able to avail of six FAI summer schools across County Wicklow this summer.

Both Greystones Utd. and Rathnew Schoolboys AFC will be hosting summer schools from July 14 to 18. Coolboy Rangers, Tinahely, will have a camp from July 21 to 25; Arklow Town FC will host the school from July 28 to August 1 and Blessington FC from August 11 to 15. The final school of the summer will be with Aughrim Rangers FC from August 18 to 22.

Boys and girls can register for the eFlow summer soccer schools until the end of the week.

The camps encourage teamwork, provide skills development training in soccer and promote healthy living among boys and girls aged 6-14 years. There are also special camps exclusively for aspiring young goalkeepers.

This year, the price of the camps is at a reduced €65 per participant per week.

A late booking fee of €5 will apply to bookings made within five days of your chosen camp's start date. For more information go to www.summersoccerschools.ie.
