Indaver hosting Scotch Hall event on job opportunities
Saturday 6th July will see Indaver in the Scotch Hall Shopping Centre giving details on local jobs with the European company.
Indaver has been operating in Duleek for the past ten years. It has always been a supporter of local employment with over three quarters of the employees from within 15mins of the facility.
'We are looking for people with a great attitude. You don't have to have experience for some of the roles because we will give you full training' say Blathnaid Carolan, HR Manager. Current available roles include operations roles such as process operator and but also office based roles such as credit controller and administrators.
Indaver is expanding through the northeast so there are a number of roles available in Duleek but also elsewhere on Indavers customer sites.
Staff members will be on hand to answer questions and members of the public will be able to submit an application on the day. Families and friends are welcome.
Since the facility in Meath began operating in August 2011, they have diverted more than 1.5 million tonnes of waste from landfill and produced 630,00MWh of electricity, which is enough to power 154,000 homes. They have given over €1.7 million to the Indaver Community Fund for local projects.
