Feel Good Project tackling mental health and social issues for all
The Feel Good Project takes place at the Duleek courthouse at 7.30pm each Tuesday night.
It is free to the public and it touches on many elements, with emphasis on mental health, young people and social issues.
The line up is extensive for May and June and include:
Tuesday May 14 - Outcomers, sexual orientation.
May 21: Senator Frances Black, family support for substance use.
May 28: Drug Awarenesss, know the signs.
June 11: Nurture, supporting women's mental health around fertility, post natal depression, etc.
June 18; Shine, support people impacted by mental health issues.
June 25: Mark McCormack, Create the Great in You, creating resilience in your teenagers.
Free therapy/ counselling is avaliable every Tuesday night with Eamon Shanley.
