Cilles AC health for teenagers
The Cilles AC are launching a youth specific initiative in September which is aimed at teens from 13 - 19 and even older. The program will focus on building all round fitness and health with emphasis on endurance, speed, strength and flexibility, the mental benefits of a program like this for youths will far outweigh the physical benefits.
Why not encourage your children to come to along and disconnect from technology while improving health, fitness and creating new friendships.
Typical Sessions will include; Warm up Exercises. Couch 2 5k running Program, Strength and Conditioning Circuits, Flexibility Sessions will start at a beginner level and will progress each week so this is for everyone! Starts Sept 8th and will be run by highly qualified coaches who have been working with teens over a number of years The cost is free to current members and €55 for new members, it will typically run 3 days a week until mid December.
