Eugene Ginty and friends in Collon church concert

Plans are well advanced for the eagerly awaited Eugene Ginty concert in Collon Church of Ireland on Sunday April 15th.

The concert was rescheduled from Sunday 4th March due to snow.

The programme will include excerpts from La Boheme, Messiah, Phantom of the Opera and lots more and there is great interest in the show which will also feature Sandra Oman and Ciara Taaffe.

The show gets underway at 7pm.

The aim of the concert and other fundraisers is to raise funds to save the historic ceiling of the church. The interior has suffered water damage down the years and efforts are being made to save it.

Boomerang session

Join the talented Youth workers at Boomerang on Fridays from 4 - 6pm for some great Jamming Sessions & Musical Appreciation.

They have a fantastic practice space where you can meet other musicians and share your learning resources and methods with the aim towards doing performances.

Luke Kelly tribute for Friends of Mal

The Valley Inn presents a Luke Kelly Tribute, performed by Chris Kavanagh in aid of Friends Of Mal on Friday 20th April.

Tickets €12 each and are on sale from behind the bar. All sales go to the Friends of Mal fund.
