FANS of Thin Az Lizzy in the north east are in for a real treat this weekend when the popular tribute band play two gigs in the region.

They appear first of all in Shamble’s Nightclub at Brian Muldoon’s in Ardee on Friday night, June 14.

Sunday night has the lads in McPhails in Drogheda and as usual, a full house is expected.

The band recently completed their ‘Excess All Areas’ tour in Holland and Germany. The itinerary consisted of 10 consecutive nights in some of Europe’s finest venues and was the most comprehensive list of dates ever completed by an Irish tribute act.

The boy’s touring reputation continues to prosper and they will return to action on the continent later on during the year.

The band have also confirmed they are playing at the Temple Bar Music Centre on Saturday June 29, with John Earle as special guest.

A great chance to catch Johnny Fox, Flash, Willie Owens and Ginger Tompkins over the weekend.
