Five new routes for Cork
Seekers of winter sun or shoppers at continental Christmas markets will have even more options this year as Cork Airport have added five new routes to its Winter schedule.
Ryanair will be flying twice weekly to Katowice in Poland from today (Thursday) and the airline's four services introduced this Summer will be extended to the Winter season.
They include Alicante, Budapest, Malta and Poznan.
Early figures indicate that passengers travelling through the airport from October 27 to March 31, 2020, indicate an increase of 5% on last year's figures.
Cork Airport has been adjudged to be Ireland's fastest growing and most punctual airport and now offers over 50 routes with Ryan Air, Aer Lingus and Flybe as the main airlines using the base.
