Celebrations in Mourneabbey

Mourneabbey Community Centre turns 40 this year and, to mark the occasion, the Tops of the Parish is back, with the promise of mighty craic.

However, help is required in various ways, from PR to admin to staging a play, from acting to singing - and plenty more besides.

There's a meeting planned for the community centre at 8pm on Monday next, August 26, and organisers said "please get involved, your community needs you - you'll make new friends, and memories, too".
