Local pipe band puts in Duhallow Final performance

The local pipe band wishes to thank all their supporters for giving so generously at the recent annual collection, here and in Taur.

The band played for the teams in the pre-match parade at the Duhallow football final in Cullen last Saturday.

They also gave a recital to remember to remember at half-time.

They also hope that as many as possible will take part in the tribute to the 30,000 brave Irishmen, which included approx 2.000 pipers, who were killed in World War One.

This poignant event will take place on November 11 at 6.30am.

More on this will be published soon as it becomes available.
