Communion celebrations

A sense of occasion added to the enjoyment of Holy Communion in St Patrick's Church, Millstreet last Saturday.

Bunting and flowers decorated the special day for a truly unforgettable day boosted by glorious weather. Children from both the Millstreet Scoil Mhuire Boys National School and Presentation Convent National School were the recipients in the presence of their families and teachers.

The 45 member group not only looked beautiful but they sang, read and participated splendidly to the proceedings.

Canon John Fitzgerald was the chief celebrant of the Mass assisted by Fr. Paddy Byrne, Fr. Dan Cashman and Fr. Joseph Poole.
