Top-class fare at cookery 'collab'

It has been said that too many cooks spoil the broth - but not when it comes to the crème de la crème of the cookery world.

They are set to give a most memorable dining delight to a sold-out audience on the grounds of IRD Duhallow on Monday night.

On the night, three hugely talented chefs, Chad Byrne of the Brehon Hotel in Killarney; Paul McDonald, The Bastion of Kinsale; and John O'Leary of Muckross Park Hotel will not only prepare truly inventive and mouth-watering dishes, but along the way they will mentor talented local chefs: Chantel Cleary, Claire Guerin and Katriona Cullinane.

The purpose of the initiative is retaining people in the catering industry.

This truly spectacular event will be held at the marquee on the grounds of IRD Duhallow on Monday, September 24, at 7.30pm.

Tickets have now flown out the door, which is a testament to the calibre of the chefs and local interest in the event.
