Stars In Their Eyes is not to be missed

A full dress rehearsal and performance by the 14 acts who will take to the marquee stage on Saturday took place behind closed doors at the Centre Stage studio at Belevue on Sunday night.

Over 30 singers have been fine-tuned by Aideen McAulliffe and her Centre Stage team over the past few weeks in preparation for the Stars In Their Eyes event which will commence at 7.30pm in the Arches Marquee at the weekend.

Those taking part in this show come from all walks of life, including students, child care assistants, special needs assistants, doctors, nurses, teachers, shop assistants, shop owners, gardai, hairdressers, dance instructors and the like. The show's host will be popular councillor John Paul O'Shea and the event is a fund raiser for the Mallow Day Care Centre and the Patrician Academy Parents Association.

Being present at several rehearsals, this writer promises you will see your family members and friends in a completely new light as they step on stage to give you outstanding entertainment.

Tickets are available at the Patrician Academy, Mallow Day Care Centre, Stunners Hair Salon, Mulcahy Pharmacy and at the Arches Bar. Please support.
