An alumnus of University College Cork, where he earned a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master’s in Electronics, Mr Godsell also holds a PhD in Engineering from Tyndall National Institute, which focused on the integration of power supply on chip.

The head of offshore at DP Energy, Adam Cronin, said Mr Godsell has spent more than a decade dedicated to the energy supply business “earning much valued skills and knowledge, and most importantly, a passion for sustainable energy production”.

The DP Energy team and I are delighted to congratulate Jeffrey on his promotion Along with his passion for the renewable energy sector, Jeffrey brings over two decades of experience as an engineer to this role, and his expertise is a significant asset to our mission to create a renewable energy powered world,” said Mr Cronin.
