Millstreet school’s language and culture night returns to celebrate diversity

The Millstreet Community School Language and Culture night returns this Thursday night and provides the opportunity for students and the public to celebrate the increasing cultural diversity within the school and local community.

Promised is a fantastic night of celebration of the rich cultural diversity in the school in diverse language and cultural spheres.

Spokesperson John Magee says the event offers the opportunity to travel the world and learn about several cultures.

“This is always a fantastic night of celebration, showcasing the food, the costumes, the music, song and poetry of the many and varied cultures in our school. Save the date and don’t miss out on a night of remarkable entertainment”, said John.

Admission is free and proceedings are underway at 7pm.
