A lorry overturned on the roundabout at La Vallee last Thursday morning, the same location where a similar incident occurred in March 2018.

Last year, it was a cement truck which lost balance on the turn around the roundabout.

Emergency services attended the scene, including the gardaí, Bray fire brigade, and Kelly Recovery.

There were no injuries incurred in the crash.

The road was blocked for a number of hours as those at the scene worked to right and remove the overbalanced vehicle and clear debris from the area.

The incident occurred after 9 a.m. as the truck came off the N11 at junction 6. Upper Dargle Road was rendered impassable.

A traffic management plan was put in place to deal with the blocked road and there was some disruption to traffic as a result of the crash.

The roundabout is located at the entrance to the apartment complexes La Vallee and Rivervale.

A spokesman for Bray Municipal District said that while he was aware of the collision he was not aware at this time of any plans by the engineers to examine the road.
