Soroptimists get expert health and fitness tips
Members of Bray & District Soroptimists are well prepared for their new year resolutions, with some top class advice on health and fitness. At their last monthly meeting, Maciek Sekula, who is a personal trainer at UCD, gave a talk on health and fitness to all q1members. The evening was hosted in Mary Doyle's home. The timing was most appropriate as the rush to gyms will start in the new year. Maciek gave some great tips to sticking with a new fitness regime.
The objectives of the club for women are to maintain high ethical standards in business, in the professions and in all other aspects of life, as well as to strive for human rights for all people and in particular to advance the status of women. Funds are also regularly raised for a number of charities in Bray and Greystones.
