Shop permitted to have garden area
AN ICE-CREAM SHOP has full permission to have a garden area at the front of the premises, despite a letter having been sent to other businesses asking them to remove tables and signage.
A photograph of Anna Zarebska's Palermo icecream parlour accompanied a story in last week's
Bray People explaining that a number of businesses had been written to by Bray Town Council. However, owner Anna Zarebska said that she had gone through a planning process of approximately one month before opening.
She added that she has full permission to have tables and a terrace outside and received no correspondence from BTC requesting their removal.
