Cars the stars of automobile show

There was a fantastic selection of cars at Bray Seafront last Sunday afternoon, including Knight Rider's famous car 'Kit,' a Pontiac Trans Am.

'Thanks to everyone involved for making the day so good,' said a spokesperson for Bray Vintage Car Club.

The seafront show and teddy bears picnic was held in aid of Bray Cancer Support Centre and included music by the band Casual Minds and dancing by the Lisa Marie Berry school of dance.

The Johnny Cash tribute band North Star Riders also performed on the day, as well as Wolfe Tone Baton Twirlers and Bray Modernettes.

There was face painting for the children as well as all of the amazing cars lined up for the static show of course.

This was the second year the local club held their seafront exhibition for the community with cars there as old as a 1930 Austin 18/6 and a 1951 Morris Oxford.
