Sugarloaf Crescent is looking good
Residents of Sugarloaf Crescent took to the streets recently to get out and tidy up their estate.
The committee was delighted with the numbers that turned out to assist with the clean up this year. Residents, with the help of children, lifted litter, removed weeds from kerb-sides and swept up the roads.
Grass verges were edged and overhanging trees were pruned. Bray Municipal District provided bags and gloves and they are sending up the road sweeper to clear up the kerb-sides. Treats were given to children who helped out.
'Keeping the estate litter free and tidy is hard work and we are very grateful to everyone who helped out on the day,' said a spokeswoman for the residents' association.
